Arbor at Lake James Property Owners’ Association

To continuously improve the attractiveness and functionality of the subdivision and its amenities through conscientious management and stewardship so that the Arbor continues to be a preferred Lake James neighborhood (or “community”).

How the Association Functions

The Arbor at Lake James Property Owners’ Association is a nonprofit corporation governed by the Arbor Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Association Bylaws, and the laws of the state of North Carolina. The members of the Association elect a Board of Directors to handle day to day business operations with the assistance of committees of members appointed by the Board. Budgets and major projects are approved by the Association at the annual meeting so the Board has a responsibility to keep members informed throughout the year.
